Celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi
To celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi the Nursery and Prep Class students came to School dressed as Ganesha, Shiv and Parvati. The children participated in prayers to Lord Ganesha praying for his blessings. The occasion was celebrated with gaiety and joy.


The Teachers explained the significance of this festival so that students stay rooted to their culture. The students of Class 1 had drawn and decorated an outline of Ganpati and shared sweets with each other. They also tapped their feet to the music of “Ganpati Bappa Mourya”. There was devotion, creativity and fun altogether. It was a great celebration.

Ganesh Chaturthi was enthusiastically celebrated by students of Class 2. The children arranged diyas on a pooja thali and offered prayers to Lord Ganesha. The students celebrated the festival with gaiety and joy.

The students of Class 3 were told stories related to Lord Ganesha and how he ended evil. Students made a statue of Lord Ganesha, using paper cups and decorative material. Some students came to School dressed as Lord Ganesha, Lord Shiva, and Goddess Parvati, Nandi ji, Kartik ji and mushak. Students also shared their knowledge about Lord Ganesha.

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated by the students of Class 4 with religious fervour. Dressed as Lord Ganesha, the students added a traditional touch to the celebrations when they danced to the beat of Ganpati song ‘Deva Re Deva’. Various activities were conducted to mark the day like making Ganpati with different grains and clay, poster making and speech writing. “Ganpati Puja”was performed in the school along with the teachers.The celebrations were devotional and enthusiastic.

The students of Class 5 to celebrate the festival decorated an idol of Lord Ganesh with edible offerings as a symbol of devotion and a desire to learn more about Lord Ganesha. The festivities involved devotion, creativity, and fun combined.

Janamashtami Celebrations
To celebrate the popular festival of Janamashtami, the Nursery and Prep Classes students came dressed as Lord Krishna, Radha, Yashoda, and other characters related to the life of Lord Krishna to show their devotion and love towards him. The day was celebrated with great excitement and religious frevour. The children looked amazing depicting various scenes from Lord Krishna’s birth and childhood.


The students of Class 1 celebrated the joyous festival of Janmashtami also known as Gokul Ashtami on 6th August, 2023.The girls were dressed as Radha and the boys as Sri Krishna. The importance of Janamashtami was explained in the class. The mesmerizing dance performance and decoration of matki by students dedicated to Lord Krishna was definitely an enjoyable experience. It was indeed a memorable day.

To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, Janmashtami was celebrated by Class 2 students with full pomp and show. The students made beautiful drawings related to Janmashtami. Students dressed as Radha and Krishna and filled the air with joy and a festive spirit of devotion and enthusiasm.

To celebrate the festival of Janmashtami, the students of Class 3 were told the story of Lord Krishna and how he was born to protect the world from evil and remove all obstacles. The students too also narrated small and interesting stories about Lord Krishna. In an art activity they made beautiful peacock stick puppets.

To accentuate the significance and importance of Janmashtami, a Special Assembly was organised in the morning by the students of Class 4, who presented a very informative and enjoyable prgramme to celebrate the festival. The students shared lovely incidents from the life of Lord Krishna and performed a short play depicting his birth. A scintillating and colourful dance performance also enthralled the students. The assembly ended with a message that the Almighty will always show us the right path of life and bestow us with peace and happiness.

Om Krishnaya Namah
Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great enthusiasm and festivity by the students of Class 5. Dressed as Radha and Krishna, they added a traditional touch to the entire celebration when they danced to the beat of Janmashtami songs, filling the air with joy and a festive spirit. The students also recited poems and made beautiful cards related to Janmashtami. The delicious ‘Makhan Mishri’ prepared by the teachers and students was distributed to everyone in the School.

Celebrating Teachers’ Day
Teachers’ Day is celebrated in India on the 5th of September every year. It is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was the second President of Bharat and a great scholar. To celebrate the day, the students of the Nursery and Prep classes came to School dressed as their favorite teachers and spoke about them and also enacted them. The kids also dances to popular music in celebration of the special day.

The little toddlers of Class 1 celebrated Teachers’ Day on 4th September 2023 with great fun and enthusiasm. They all were told about Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second President of Bharat as the day is dedicated to him. Toddlers came to School dressed like teachers and were very happy to become a teacher for the day. They took attendance, wrote on the board. All the kids wished the teachers, Happy Teachers’ Day.

Teacher’s Day is celebrated in Bharat every year on 5th September to appreciate the role played by teachers in the life of students – “The leaders of tomorrow”. The day is celebrated to pay tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former President of the country and a visionary educator. The students of Class 2 made beautiful flowers for their teachers. They also role played their favourite teacher and spoke about the importance of teachers in their lives.

Teachers’ Day is celebrated to honor teachers for their contribution in imparting knowledge to the students. A day when all students appreciate their teachers and show their love towards them by many different gestures. Students came to School dressed as their favorite teacher and made a bookmark for them. The Class 3 students also spoke about their teachers and gave a dance performance during the morning assembly.

Yearly, we celebrate Teachers’ Day to show our appreciation and love to our teachers. As they play an important role in our lives to become successful in career and business. They help us to become good human beings, better members of society, and an ideal citizen of the country. The Day is celebrated to acknowledge the challenges, hardships, and the special role that teachers play in our lives. The students of Class 4 celebrated this day by showing their appreciation and gratitude towards their teachers with beautiful cards and posters.

To honour the birth anniversary of the second President of Bharat, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a renowned philosopher and educator, September 5th is celebrated as Teachers’ Day. His significant contributions to Indian education are unquestionable. A warm welcome at the School gate with flowers, cards, and a tastefully decorated ‘ENTRANCE’ was a delightful surprise for all the teachers. They play a pivotal role in shaping their students into responsible citizens of the future and good individuals. The Class 5 students recited shlokas and emphasized the importance of Gurus in our lives, presenting cards to their teachers. All the teachers appreciated the students’ overwhelming enthusiasm and zeal, making this a memorable event to cherish forever.
