Christmas Celebrations
Christmas is an annual festival celebrated to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ on 25th December. Following the same tradition, the students of Class 2 wore red and green coloured attire. They put on their Christmas caps and made a Christmas tree with the help of different coloured origami sheets. The students were quite excited while doing this activity and enjoyed it to the core.
Christmas is the season of joy, of gifting and families coming together. This Day was celebrated on a virtual platform with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm by students of Class 3. They were told the story of the birth of Lord Jesus Christ. They listened to Christmas Carols and hymns. To add to the fun and fervour of the festive spirit some students dressed as Santa Claus. The children made Christmas decorating them with Santa Claus cutouts, Christmas Trees, and Snowmen.
The students of Class 4 celebrated Christmas with great joy and enthusiasm. The students were told about the importance of the festival. They made a Santa Claus effigy using different types of materials like; – cotton, red and white edibles etc. and also decorated a Christmas tree. Students also expressed their views about the festival. It was a great experience for them.
